Cancellation & No Show Policy
Because your services are exclusively reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance (minimum 48 hours for Spa Packages or Couples Massages) if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation with less than the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of total service(s).
